the staff was polite and helpful
i found the breakfast offerings to be of poor quality the coffee tasted horrendous and the orange juice tasted diluted the bread and meats seemed like they came from a budget supplier and not what one would expect from a four star hotel

the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from cipro metro station, this service was very useful. the breakfast was excellent with a lavish spread, i found many choices. the staff was very friendly.
i found the coffee in the morning was not very efficient. the coffee makers require improvements.

the staff speaks fluent english and are very helpful with directions and recommendations. the reception staff was especially friendly, and always ready to assist with any inquiries. simone in the restaurant and bar provided excellent service during my meals.

I found the breakfast to be fantastic. There was a wide variety of fresh foods beautifully presented. the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated very much. the room was super clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony.
the hotel is a little far from the main attractions, so transportation is necessary.
